About The Project
Panchayati Raj programs aim to build awareness and capacity at the village level to strengthen democratic decentralization. It encourages citizen participation in planning, budgeting, and monitoring of local development projects.
Objectives
The initiative seeks to empower local governance institutions, promote transparency, and enable effective use of government schemes at the panchayat level—especially involving women and marginalized communities.
Our Role
We conducted capacity-building sessions for PRI members, facilitated gram sabhas, and created IEC materials on roles, rights, and scheme entitlements. We also supported community monitoring and social audits.
